True Hand is a creative studio born from equal fascinations: 1) the infinite repeatability of the printing press, and: 2) the singular uniqueness of a tattoo. Since 2013, we’ve worked relentlessly to affect the visual landscape of our surroundings in a positive way.

A former church for over 150 years, our studio underwent a 15 month-long renovation in 2018… transforming it from a House of Worship to a beautiful & inspiring creative space. The efforts to retain character and historic elements earned a Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance of Philadelphia.
